• Add simple on-line contact forms to encourage communications.
• Online forms bypass the problems of standard E-mail links
• Maintain visitor anonymity if desired; Visitors can enter the E-mail they want the response sent to.
  • Form mail is sent immediately. You don't need to wait until the sender hits Send/Receive
  • Once the form is sent, there is no chance that the user will close the software, allowing the E-mail they thought had been sent to sit in their Outbox for days
  • Collect additional information not normally sent in an E-mail, such as demographics, how they found you, and feedback on your site, your services, and your products.
