We can evaluate and make recommendations for your Web site in the following areas:
- Usability - How easy is it for your visitors to find their way around? Does everything make sense? Are you providing the information that your visitors need?
- Appearance - Are you conveying the image that you want to? Is your site focused and is that focus the one you want?
- Visibility - Is your site capable of listing on search engines? Will people with disabilities or reduced function gain the full impact of your Web site?
Note: Search Engine Rank Reporting and Keyword Reporting are also available to supplement this service.
- Functionality - Do all the links work? Do the pages load quickly? Will they load on the major browsers?
Here is a short excerpt from an actual site evaluation:
Category I: Usability

Observation: It is a little cumbersome to move about the site due to the need to click on a drop-down menu item & then click on an item.
Recommendation: make the main menu item an actual link to a page, so that when a visitor clicks on it they are taken to the main page of the category/area.
- Observation: The current 'behind-the-scenes' code for the menu is convoluted and largely unnecessary. The complexity may discourage search engine 'bots' from fully viewing/mapping your site, meaning that some pages may be invisible to them. Further, the code for these menus is written in JavaScript. Some users disable scripting, and high security settings disable it by default, meaning that the menu may not function for all users. The extra coding also causes the page to load more slowly. In your case no extra benefit, visual or otherwise, is gained from the code you have in place.
Recommendation: Revise the menus to use straight HTML code
Recommendation: Display separate sub-menus for the 'Services', 'Why Use Us', and 'About Us' sections.

Evaluations do not include database and coding analysis for programming and scripting languages, or for other Web architectures such as ASP or .NET.
